A seasoned Corporate Trainer & Psychotherapist, Sonali has a rich experience of creating and delivering Training for Industry as well as Academia, especially in the areas of behavioural and soft skills like Communication, Storytelling, Personality Development, Team Building, Creative Writing, Interview Skills and Presentation Skills.
Weaving aspects of Psychology into her training, she brings her sessions alive with practical examples, role plays and active interactions. In her career spanning over two decades, Sonali has worked for and with leading organizations and institutes like Ingenico International, Liebherr India, Lionbridge, Bombay Stock Exchange Institute, IMS Learning Resources, SSA Business Solutions, Bureau of Immigration (Intelligence Bureau, Mumbai International Airport), Real Image Media Technologies, Champagne Indage and KJ Somaiya College.
Sonali is an MBA as well as an M.Sc. in Psychotherapy & Counselling. She also holds the UGC Net Certification for Lectureship in Management and a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD.
